In the course “Deep Dive – Culture & Countries,” we will continue to explore the diversity and idiosyncrasies of English-speaking cultures.
We will delve into countries, traditions, lifestyles, and unique aspects of various English-speaking regions around the world. Using authentic materials such as videos, graphics, podcasts, or even virtual encounters with locals, we will experience these cultures up close. This allows us to challenge stereotypes and uncover hidden aspects at the same time.
We will also examine the political systems, the history of these countries, and the situation of their societies. Sources like late-night shows, newspaper articles, or political podcasts can serve as the starting points of our exploration. Make your own suggestions about which waters you would like to plunge into, and then let’s jump!
